How-To
Connect to Internet
- Turn on Wi-Fi on your phone or laptop
- Open available networks and select the apartment SSID shown in the apartment welcome information
- Use the password provided privately at check-in or inside the apartment information materials
- Wait for Connected status
- If it fails: toggle Wi-Fi, forget the network, reconnect, restart the device, then contact the host
Open Netflix on TV
- Turn on the TV with the remote
- Select HDMI or Smart Home source if needed
- Open the Netflix app
- Use the guest-safe profile such as Nido Guests or Kids if shown on screen
- Do not use locked private profiles and do not change TV settings
- If you signed in with your own Netflix account, sign out before checkout
Use Air Conditioner
- Press Power on the AC remote
- Choose Cool for hot weather or Heat for cold weather
- Use about 22-24 C for normal comfort unless weather is extreme
- Keep windows and balcony door closed while AC is on
- Turn it off when leaving for long periods
Sofa Bed and Extra Bedding
- The sofa can be folded or unfolded as needed
- Bedding for the sofa bed is normally prepared only for bookings with 3 or 4 guests
- When the sofa bed is not in use, store bedding neatly in the inner storage section
Heating in Bathroom and Living Area
- Use the floor heater only on a flat stable surface and never cover it with towels or clothes
- Turn portable heaters off before sleeping or leaving the apartment
- Towel warmer temperature can be adjusted: around 50 C is enough for normal use
- Do not hang very heavy or dripping-wet items on the towel warmer
- Use the bathroom fan heater with the wall remote and switch it off after use
Hot Water and Taps
- The water heater holds about 50 liters, which is usually enough for 2 back-to-back showers
- After two longer showers, wait roughly 30 to 40 minutes for full reheating
- The boiler stays on automatically: do not try to reconfigure it
- After using the shower or sink, make sure taps are fully closed and not dripping
Kitchen Appliances
- Use only induction-compatible pans on the cooktop
- Wait for the cooktop to cool before wiping it with a damp cloth
- Never put metal or aluminum foil inside the microwave
- Use the capsule coffee machine or drip coffee maker as usual and clean used parts after use
- Do not run the kettle empty
Fridge, Toaster, Laundry, and Small Equipment
- Do not change the fridge thermostat unless the host asks you to
- Remove your food before check-out
- Do not put oversized bread or metal objects in the toaster and unplug it after use
- Use standard washing machine cycles unless an item needs something special
- Hair dryer and iron are stored under the bathroom sink, and a small ironing board is in the wardrobe
Trash and Recycling
- Do not leave garbage bags in hallways or common areas
- Yellow container: plastic and metal packaging
- Blue container: paper and cardboard
- Green container: glass bottles and jars
- Grey or black container: general waste and food/organic leftovers
- Use the designated community bins outside
- If you are unsure about an item, use general waste and ask the host later
Ventilation and Moisture
- After showering, leave the bathroom door slightly open so humidity clears faster
- Air the apartment briefly each day, especially after cooking
- Keep AC windows closed during active cooling or heating
Pool and Balcony Extras
- Do not take bathroom towels to the pool; use your own beach towels instead
- A sun umbrella is kept on the balcony for guest use
- Return movable items neatly after use so the next guest can find them easily
- The apartment is on the 2nd floor and accessible by elevator.
