Backstory

The ghost of a perfect single-origin bean that was accidentally over-roasted. It wanders specialty coffee shops, whispering tasting notes to unsuspecting baristas. First documented in a Melbourne laneway cafe during a cupping session that went horribly wrong — or perhaps horribly right.
