This combines the previous rules page and the two-week FAQ into one guest guide.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in after 15:00
- Check-out before 11:00 so the cleaning team can start on time
- Before leaving: switch off lights and AC, wash dishes, and take out trash
- Leave extra cards and spare keys in the apartment keys locker
- Close the apartment door and leave the main key in the entrance lockbox
- Flexible timing may be possible with prior notice
House Conduct
- No smoking inside the apartment
- No parties, events, or loud music
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 10:00: please keep voices, TV, and doors quiet
- Maximum occupancy is 4 guests total
Pool Access and Shared Areas
- Use the condominium pool cards from the keys locker to access the pool areas
- Take a quick shower before entering the pool
- Use swimwear only in the pool area
- Beach towels are not included
- Do not use bathroom towels at the pool because chlorine and sunscreen can damage them
- Keep noise low during quiet hours in shared areas
Building and Practical Notes
- 2nd floor apartment with elevator
- Full private access to the apartment
- Use designated outdoor waste containers and do not leave bags in hallways
- Pets are not confirmed: ask before booking

- For the first tired evening, choose a simple cafe or supermarket meal

Beach Flags and Safety
- Green flag means normal bathing conditions
- Yellow flag means extra caution: swim carefully and stay close to shore
- Red flag means do not enter the water
- Checkered flag means the lifeguard is not on duty or the beach is not supervised
- Official bathing season is usually mid-June to mid-September
